Awards season across Northern Ireland is well underway and the RUAS was delighted to recently be shortlisted in recognition of their social media output from the 2024 Balmoral Show. 

On Saturday 18^th May, the Most Appropriately Dressed Competition returned to the 155^th Balmoral Show in partnership with Ulster Bank and saw cattle exhibitor Michelle McCauley swap a traditional white show coat for her finest country attire as she was crowned the most fashionable show-goer.

The 2024 Balmoral Show saw well over 100,000 visitors flock to the Eikon Exhibition Centre from 15^th – 18^th May for four days of family fun and an insight into the country’s long standing agricultural industry.

The award for the Best Trade Stand displaying agricultural or horticultural machinery or equipment and the award for the Best Overall Stand at the Show, sponsored by Donnelly Group, was presented to Essener.

On Wednesday 15^th May the 155^th Balmoral Show will play host to the Wool Innovators showcase, celebrating work from over 10 primary schools across Northern Ireland who have been learning about the local wool industry.
