Applications for the 2026 Show are now closed.
 
Please complete our Expression of Interest (EOI) form. You will be contacted as soon as we have a space to offer you (late January). Once we confirm a space with you an invoice will be issued and 25% payment is due by return and balance due before 24 April 2026.   
 
You will need to attach some documents to complete this application - a copy of your Food Hygiene Certificate and a copy of your insurance.  If your insurance will be out of date before the event attach your current policy.  Updated policy will be requested when due.
