Trade Stands

Balmoral Show 2027

The Show will take place from Wednesday 19 May to Saturday 22 May 2027.  With an attendance of over 110,000 people from all over the UK and Ireland it is an excellent event to showcase your goods and services to a wide audience.  Demand for trade space is always high. 

All stands must have public liability insurance of at least £5m and must complete a risk assessment form.  All outdoor stands must also complete a fire risk assessment prior to the Show.  Prices are for the 4 day event. All outdoor stands (except  some of those in Section H which are on grass) are space only on hard standing. VAT (20%) is payable on all stand space including those located outside the UK.

Applications are now open.  2026 trade exhibitors will be contacted by email and have until 16th October to apply. After this date spaces available will be offered to those on the wait list.
