Trade Stands

Balmoral Show 2025

The Show will take place from Wednesday 14 May to Saturday 17 May 2025.  With an attendance of around 110,000 people from all over the UK and Ireland it is an excellent event to showcase your goods and services to a wide audience.  Demand for trade space is always high. 

All stands must have public liability insurance of at least £5m and must complete a risk assessment form.  All outdoor stands must also complete a fire risk assessment prior to the Show.  Prices are for the 4 day event. All outdoor stands (except those in Section H) are space only on hard standing. VAT (20%) is payable on all stand space including those located outside the UK.
