Trade Stands

Balmoral Show 2025

The Show will take place from Wednesday 14 May to Saturday 17 May 2025.  With an attendance of around 110,000 people from all over the UK and Ireland it is an excellent event to showcase your goods and services to a wide audience.  Demand for trade space is always high. 

New Trade Stand Exhibitors

All stands must have public liability insurance of at least £5m and must complete a risk assessment form.  All outdoor stands must also complete a fire risk assessment prior to the Show.  Prices are for the 4 day event. All outdoor stands (except those in Section H) are space only on hard standing. VAT (20%) is payable on all stand space including those located outside the UK. Indoor Space

Eikon Shopping Village & Makers' Market

This is our main general public shopping hall located in our Eikon Exhibition Centre with approximately 200 stands.   Stand sizes start from 2x2m upwards.  The Eikon Shopping Village is a very busy hall with high footfall.  There is a large variety of products and services offered from Beauty, travel & tourism, toys, clothing, education, hand made crafts, jewellery and much more!  Something for everyone.  The Makers' Market located within the Eikon Shopping Village is a collection of crafts, hand made products, artisan goods and much much more.

Eikon Shopping Village    £132.60 per sqm + VAT  For a corner stand open on two sides add £50 + vat to total cost.

Makers' Market    £100.80 per sqm + VAT  4 day rental.   There will also be a limited number of 2 day rental stands in the Makers' Market only at £85 per sqm + VAT (Wed/Thurs only now available)  Complete the application form and also email jenny@ruas.org.uk if you wish to have a 2 day rental.

Prices are for the 4 day event unless stated otherwise and include shell scheme walls, Wifi and standard name sign.    Eg. cost of stand in Makers' Market 2x2m = 4sqm x £100.80 = £403.20 + VAT.   Deposit is payable when stand booking has been confirmed.  

Agri Business Pavilion (Sold Out wait list in operation)

Located within a marquee in Section C of the Showgrounds between the Cattle and Sheep areas.   Popular area for smaller stands within the Agri industry.  Stand sizes start from 3x2m upwards.  Price includes shell scheme walls and standard name sign.   Eg.  3x3m = 9sqm x £100.95 = £908.55 + VAT

Sustainability Village

Located on a main walkway and located within our Annex hall.  With a strong focus on the future, this trade space will host an array of businesses and charities who are committed to supporting  our current needs and preparing for the next generation.  From renewable  energy to electric vehicles and much much more.   All stands include shell scheme walls, wifi and standard name sign.

Trade Sections A - H

The showgrounds contain a wide variety of products and services from plant and agri machinery & equipment to equestrian products, horticulture and landscaping, clothing and much more.  Sections A-G - all stands are on hard standing.  Section H - stands are on grass or bark.  Prices below are for space only.

Any outdoor space up to 100sqm in size Eg 5x5m, 10x5m etc    £1,650 + VAT  (Minimum rate applies to all outdoor stands below 100sqm in size)

Any outdoor space bigger than 100sqm in size Eg 15x10m etc  £16.50 per sqm + VAT   (Plant and Agri Machinery not included)

Agri Machinery larger than 100sqm in size   £14.35 per sqm + VAT

Plant Machinery larger than 100sqm in size £14.00 per sqm + VAT

Breed Societies (Cattle & Sheep)   £890.95 + VAT 5x5m
