Trade Stands
Balmoral Show 2027
The Show will take place from Wednesday 19 May to Saturday 22 May 2027. With an attendance of over 110,000 people from all over the UK and Ireland it is an excellent event to showcase your goods and services to a wide audience. Demand for trade space is always high.
All stands must have public liability insurance of at least £5m and must complete a risk assessment form. All outdoor stands must also complete a fire risk assessment prior to the Show. Prices are for the 4 day event. All outdoor stands (except some of those in Section H which are on grass) are space only on hard standing. VAT (20%) is payable on all stand space including those located outside the UK.
Applications for 2027 will open in September.
Warning to all trade stand exhibitors - if you receive any correspondence claiming to give you a "free" listing for the Show (eg. International Fairs Directory or anything else like this) please ignore. This is not from the Balmoral Show organisers. We do not contact exhibitors regarding any sort of "free" listing in a catalogue or brochure.
