This year we've went digital. That means your access to the Show will require you to scan into the venue during the event.
Just like at a concert or a sporting event, your QR codes can only be scanned once per day.
Any photocopies or scanned versions of the same code won't work more than once.
No, each QR code granting access to the Show or car parks will only scan once per day.
What you need to access the Show depends on the capacity in which you’re attending.
Please select whether you're an exhibitor (trade, livestock, equine, show jumping), sponsor, judge, steward or official from the drop down option to find out more.
Exhibitors, competitors, judges and sponsors will each receive a voucher to print wristbands.
Officials and stewards will access the Show with their ID Cards.
Within your online Portal under 'Download Your E-Tickets' you can find your Digital Collection Vouchers and any digital parking passes.
If you have a digital pass for parking in your online Portal please download and print it.
It must be displayed in your vehicle upon arrival to ensure you get access to the correct car park for your section.
A Digital Collection Voucher is a QR code that when scanned will either be exchanged for a wristband or an ID Card.
Instructions on how to use your voucher are provided on it and will vary depending on your section (e.g. livestock, equine, trade).
Wristband Offices are here to help you print your wristbands.
Entry Scanning Points are where you scan your printed wristband or ID Card to enter the Show each day.

Tue 12th 8.00am – 9.00pm

Fri 15th 7.00am – 8.00pm
Sat 16th 7.00am – 7.00pm
As an exhibitor or sponsor, before arriving on site please ensure you have either printed or downloaded your Digital Collection Voucher (Wristband Voucher) on to your phone from your online Portal.
Yes you can take screenshots of your vouchers to be scanned.
If you have vouchers for more than one person you can either print and manually distribute them, or email them on to each individual straight from your Portal.
After parking please make your way to the nearest Wristband Office (located at all main gates).
From here you can scan your Digital Collection Voucher and print your wristbands.
These will permit entry to the Show on the days specified from any Entry Scanning Point.
Yes, you can print wristbands during build-up days from the Show Office.
This option will be available from Tuesday 5th May until Sunday 10th May.
From Monday 11th May - Tuesday 12th May wristbands can be printed at the various wristband offices on site. Please see the map for more info.
If you need to leave the site during the Show please see a member of our security team before you leave to arrange re-entry.
Ask a member of security at the car park exit for a token which must be presented to gain access back into the car park on the same day.
